Sitka to Inner Passage, AK Ferry (7/16-17/2017)

Day 33 and 34
Sunday, July 16, 2017
Departing from Sitka on the Alaska Marine Highway System ferry, we only had to be one hour early to check in.
We boarded the MV Matanuska, and went to the purser's office to get our cabin assignment, #28.

We departed from Sitka at 8:45

We arrived in Juneau at 18:00 and departed at 20:00
This is the FVF Fairweather we had taken from Haines to Juneau,
and Juneau to Sitka, the smaller and faster ferry

Monday, July 17, 2017
We arrived in Petersburg, AK at 4:15 and departed at 5:00
Still cloudy today
We arrived in Wrangell, AK at 8:15

was supposed to be our ferry to Seldovia and back, from Homer
We arrived in Ketchikan, AK at 15:00, and disembarked for a short walk.

We went to the A&P for drinks,

We departed from Ketchikan at 16:30.
After dinner in the cafeteria, we went to bed early, as we would have to be up to disembark in Prince Rupert, BC at 12:00 midnight.
