We departed from Tok, AK on the Alaska Highway/AK-2, retracing the same route we took on the way to Alaska. Since we had covered all the sights on the way up, and because today was a rainy day with a low cloud cover, we did not make many stops.
At the Canadian border, the Alaska Highway became Highway YT-1.

Our hotel at Parkside Inn in Haines Junction, YT was a nice surprise. Breakfast items were in the refrigerator for a self -serve breakfast.
